Ron Carter must dig himself out of the 6 feet hole and then clean up his stink, pick up and dump the garbage to the sidewalk.

After sanitizing his head, he then needs to sanitize the financials.

If he cannot do this, then he must sell the company and patents for $9.99 or more LOL, to a nasdaq or Big Board company.

We can atleast get some returns back, when the new acquirer begins to litigate all the other infringers. They have the cash and they have the attorneys and they have the power to win.

If not some acquirer should do a hostile takeover by asking shareholders, and brush aside the current BOD(Garbage anyways)
