I think that the A-shares serves a purpose as long as we are only listed down here at the OTC to protect the company from a hostile takeover. But as soon as we are listed at a real market, he should let them
go...

I will be pleasantly surprised if Solomon accepts a solution which means that the A-shares will no longer have a negative effect on the pps.

This is how I remember it to... But I guess it would be great to hear all long timer owners perspective on this matter. I think the solution should be based on the fundamentals of that good faith and the promises he made to the shareholders at that time. I´m sure we will see a solution that is in line with that act of good faith. I believe Solomon wants to be perceived as a man of his word. Its time to focus on necessary actions in order to pave the way for increased shareholder value - the ultimate mission of a CEO.
