#141899 RE: work-n-hard #141896

No one needs to call them. They KNOW. LOLOLOL!!!

After all, they're the ones that EVICTED DudS r US for NON-PAYMENT OF RENT! :-D

By the way, DudS r US is STILL on the hook for the remainder of the lease payments even though they've been EVICTED! The landlord usually files suit in short order to collect the past due amount plus any amount remaining under the lease.

ROTFLMAO!!!!

DSUS (fka PVEC) was formally evicted from the office at the Portside Yachting Center last week. I noticed on Tuesday (7/21/15) that the Broward County website showed a disposition had been entered (previously stated pending). Earlier this week the leasing agent confirmed that the eviction was complete as the sheriff's notice posted on the door had passed sufficient time. He also stated that a company named Drone Services USA, Inc. (DSUS) was never a tenant.

The leasing agents are Kevin DeNell and Mark Ellert at telephone number (954) 467-4033. I spoke with Kevin DeNell at that number on Tuesday.

Former address claimed to be the corporate HQ for DSUS:
1850 SE 17th Street, Suite 305
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316

It is troubling that DSUS claimed this address while never taking over the lease from PV Enterprises/Peter Villiotis and never paying rent. No mention was made of a move until after the eviction process was publicly exposed here. Legitimate public companies don't issue such false and misleading claims. IMO, it is doubtful that any of the officers or directors ever used this office as a base of operations for DSUS or their individual companies.

I think someone should call The Portside Yachting Center and let them know that the office TEMPORARILY used by DSUS is now vacant, due to the eviction of PV. It would be a shame to let this office space go unused due to their lack diligence. I'm sure if they knew it was vacant, then they would want to lease it ASAP.

PS: It is suite 305

...or maybe there is not a vacancy? Hmmmmmmmm?

Indeed, calling the Portside Yachting Center is the best way to find out if the office was vacated. The eviction was just completed last week. The suite was vacated and the electricity turned off. It is not surprising that it is not yet listed for lease. The furniture was surrendered by a former tenant and belongs to the landlord. It is likely that they need to clean and prepare the office before it is listed for lease.
