You are right that the A-shares should have been more focused on over the years. I suspect it has not been mentioned because discussing it was not seen as good for the pps.
Do you remember when that took place and do you remember the communicated reason. As I remember it, it was a goodwill gesture because of dillution being greater than anticipated etc... How do you remember it?
