Yes other thing mentioned, Brian Weber, another huge part to decline in PPS is the negativity on the board. Something to the effect of the stock being at $.02 right now if everyone was positive. Dilution would have no effect on the price if everyone positive. He is the CEO and knows the exact numbers where most of us are guessing them, so he is right or pretty close.

The Mayans are to blame too....if it wasn't for those human sacrifices a thousand years or so ago this stock would be sitting at $1 right now! lol!
