JJ, I've called and they have not returned my call; emailed and have not received the courtesy of a reply. This is how CYGX treats the stockholders that are not insiders and complain about them on this board. Maybe you can get some answers...amazing that a company determines that it is okay to treat stockholders in this fashion.
And in case you are wondering why I did not go to the stockholder's meeting, it is because I do not live in the area and was tied up with things here. I would have gone had I been in Houston at the time.
All emails and phone calls to a company should be answered, even if it is to thank you for your question and to say that they are not at liberty to say more. They used to talk to me on the phone and answer my emails, but that was before they read some of my posts IMHO. So I agree with many on this board that they do indeed read this board and then act like children in picking out those they are willing to talk to.
