BW has made it clear that the dilution is for Nascar racing.

I disagree! Show me one single pr the company has put out that states that they will be diluting the stock in order to pay for nascar/racing.

No, no....you will not get away from this THAT easily--that argument holds absolutely NO water here!

There are plenty of pr's and hype about needing to raise funds for "international expansion", for different flavors, for ice cream and celebrity drinks, but I have seen NONE that say they need to raise funds so they can pay for race cars!

Many here who have watched this company for awhile know that the funds from stock sales go straight into a race car gas tank. It is those who are new to the stock that do not know, and those are the ones that the pr's are geared to.....pr's that DO NOT state that money received from stock sales goes straight to racing!

Understand one thing--NO ONE is GIVING their money to this company....they believe that they are making an INVESTMENT, and they are believing that the company is not telling them bold faced lies.
