Nice GEQU- Global Equity International Inc. , through its fully owned subsidiary Global Equity Partners Plc ., will assist AuthentaTrade with pre-IPO funding amounting to, but not limited to, US$32 million as well as a public listing of its shares on a recognized international stock exchange post pre-IPO funding. As part of the consultancy agreement, GEP will hold a meaningful equity position in AuthentaTrade (post IPO).
