My Don Coxe watchlist has XTA.L, that is the Yahoo! ticker ~ trades in London, AL,BHP,FAL,N and PD.
I do not recall exactly why he likes them. I really do not understand fundementals, I have tried, but can not. I look at charts. I build watchlists of stocks of people I respect and enter based on TA.
Frank follows Don Coxe I think, he could probably tell you the FA angle.
