It was Corr who tried to file bankruptcy but the courts DISMISSED it because there was nothing to declare;

He also claimed to reduce O/S to 140 Million where everyone assumed O/S was until Jan 1, 2005 when Pinksheets declared it was 1 Billion. It is at least 5 Times that now.
