#2699 RE: JJL #2697

There are a lot of shares held inside -they have been selling very small amounts on the way down 1200-2600 shares at a time which is odd with someone holding 1mm shares -for the most part they are still holding - it could be that being under a dollar my get them delisted to a lower exchange also. It is going to be tuff the rest of 2015 with oil prices and next year is an election year so I don't see it getting any better price wise for a long time. Lets see what it does today.

OKLAHOMA CITY, July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SandRidge Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SD) (the "Company") announced today that it has fallen below the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") continued listing requirement that the average closing price of a listed company's common stock be above $1.00 per share, calculated over a period of 30 consecutive trading days. The Company received notice from the NYSE on July 23, 2015 regarding the deficiency.

XCO had the same bounce for some reason the last 2 days with really nothing changing
