I think spudding will likely occur in Q3 of 2016. As most already know, not much happens on time anywhere in Africa. Better to add a few quarters to the time line now than be disappointed later. It happens almost every time.
It could be on time for once, but I doubt it. I give it a 0% chance of happening in 2015 but maybe you can sell that idea to someone who isn't too experienced on the amount of time things take in Africa.
