Once the dilution is over and that should be anytime now IHSI can easily run back to pennies. We had a very low float and OS just weeks ago. I am sure it is still very low by penny stock standards for a nice .01 plus run ahead. People will chase the ask big time and once the dilutive MM's are gone. Perfect place to accumulate here until they are done. Then it is go time as we have had proven news with lot's more ahead.
