Ever notice the translation of the company pumps are always attempting to lower the bar of expectations?

The company PRs claim a Form 10 is coming (for the past 2 yrs). One starts with the premise of a Form 10, with embedded audits, and an auditor signing off. Then the predicted outcome ends with a fly by night CPA generating an unaudited financial statement in presumably an OTC filing. As in don't need no damn audit or Form 10! Lower that bar of expectations! LOL
