OR, when big event/s hit the wire and buyers over take the MMs. With their products and customer base, that could happen at any time. Holding nearly 2mil shares and adding.

The dilution is the problem. Once VFIN sells all the shares converted last week, and if, BIG IF there is no more dilution then pps will go up.
The OS has been the same for 6 trading days now, but last time around they went for 10 days and then BAM! So let's see how long the trend continues.
