In 2013, Seymour's 10K said they need kilogram quantities of FluCide for Tox.
In 2014, Seymour announced that they successfully scaled up to meet the requirements of Tox.
Just yesterday, Seymour denied knowing until more recently that they needed kilogram quanitites of FluCide for Tox.



So the question it begs is this: Is Seymour a fraud or does he have Alzheimer's ?
