No, it would move onto pointing out a CPA generating unaudited financials for an OTC filing, does not equate to 2 yrs of audits embedded in a Form 10 filing. Originally (promised, anticipated) to be effective Dec 2013. Which never happened.

Porter better be careful he doesn't get hit with one of those Dorito(?) "chips" flying through the air. There will be nothing falling into place for SHs, other than the continued lame PRs from Porter, and Shameberg.
