Never thought I'd be in agreement with anything so negative about GRCU. But I am. Very disappointed and most recently very disgusted by this recent pump job. Could indeed see low tripzz soon enough.
I honestly believe Cruz and the team back home can turn this around. Giving up is not an option especially when your money is involved. If anything gain some more capital in real estate to put towards the company including the help of others who are willing to invest. Finding a CEO and a reliable source in the Golden State shouldn't be a problem. It's just a matter when and how they approach a new business model. Expect a shift IMHO!
