Iam: The reversal of a Delaware dissolvement is only for voluntary dissolvements. In order to have a voluntary dissolvement, the BOD calls a shareholder meeting and takes a vote to dissolve the corporation.

In KEYO's case, there was no shareholder meeting and no vote.
