I didn't see anything about a chapter 7 I saw a post about a chapter 11 that stated IMO

But yeah I would be careful because with TBEV a new R/S is possible filing a Chapter 7, 11 or just plain going out of business because they get busted for scamming money from people is all very possible IMO ;)
