Incorrect. The SH update says they "do not have plans for another AS raise." Plans change, that is why the disclaimer is at the bottom. Ntek has said the same thing before and then within 3 months more than DOUBLED the AS from 740,000,000 to 1,390,000,000. Raised 750,000,000 in 3 months. AS raise is coming.
Pretty sure Pete said they wouldn't raise the A/S in some previous shareholder letters and then a few months later it was doubled and they started flooding the market with ntek shares like the great deluge.
