What was the purchase price by CEO ? why was it not disclosed? i have called IR and no answer, if a CEO purchased close to $5m worth of stock in a small cap that is a huge vote of confidence and very positive, so I do not understand the secrecy and lack of transparency, they should just put out the facts so it puts to rest any suspicion on anything..if EK payed close to $5 thats a big catalyst and stock will move for sure
