$FBEC IMO Probably because It's the middle of Summer and many Traders are on vacation, in all my years of trading, the Low volume Summer Doldrums are always like this, no matter what news comes out, if alot of traders are not around to Buy, then not much happens. THCZ had their run-up in the middle of Penny season, when hardly any traders are on vacation.
84K volume on Great news? If this was Feb. we'd be in the .20's right now IMO!
