LOL not for a month. Usernames are like toilet paper. After they are used they have to be thrown away since its obvious that they are full of crap.

As for the RS I think you might be right. The company had a problem when the PPS went to no bid with the OS not even at a billion. The VCs forced a RS but the market knew what they were up to so only a few suckers were caught. I think he will let this go to 2-5B shares then RS with a larger ratio. But if he does it with conversions still available it will only drop to no bid again in a couple months
