Looks like we have a problem then with a war of words, who's lying and who's telling the truth. It really doesn't matter. I believe Red House will open, you don't.

Now we can put things into perspective. With Red House not even existing, the stock is undervalued. It would still be undervalued if they maxed out the OS and the stock price was at .0007.

Something to think about.

Why does your sister keep forgetting to tell you about the recent booth install and equipment delivery and the key box. Can she see back of house from windows? What's the equipment for, just show? The ceiling tiles can be removed in 10 minutes. I don't need anyone to buy stock. I can afford to wait months if need be. The only reason I drive by occasionally is because I live close by and it's convenient. I rarely go to Pho House because I no longer have a condo in Addison. Obsessing about either is not necessary IMO. I have a day job.

IMO it's a bad location and want make money



Tell your friend and his wife to ask the manager/owner of Rio Mambo what he/she thinks about the location being they are right next door and always busy. Also, why would Dave and Busters open just south of Red House if this is such a "BAD LOCATION"? La Hacienda Ranch would tell you the same in liking the location I'm sure so IMO, your friend should consider traffic to other restaurant close by when evaluating success or failure at Red House. I'm assuming your friend visits on a regular basis. What is different now than a few weeks ago. He and his wife conveniently leave that out. Why is that?
