So, please correct me if I don't understand. You quoted plural formations and plural wells. Then you said the "project" will cost between 20 million and 30 million. Is it just my optimistic take on it or do we get to divide the estimate by 2 and come up with 10 - 15 million per well? In your opinion.

caused me to re-read it, and after doing so I think I need to point out one thing. While it reads like it may have been my spin on what was written, the following wording is straight from the EIA...

CEPSA KENYA Ltd plans to start operations by the fourth quarter of 2015, which may imply start drilling by the end of 2015 or beginning 2016.

Not intended as hype, just clarification.
