Another poster mentioned T trades and at the lowest or near the lows of the days being common. In my experience watching the T trades in general, not just on ERBB, T trade at the lows of the day imo are most likely mms shorts exiting. That's the big money'd players I think are involved..I think trades between MMs makes up a lot of the volume. I don't think short activity is correctly tracked and I also think air shares may be involved not just with ERBB but as how the industry of trading shares works.. I don't think FINRA does a great job of accounting for shares. FINRA is a brokerage run organization. They're not a federal oversight agency. FINRA is in place to give cover to the brokerages. That's like asking the weasel to watch the egg hatchery.

Yes. Remember that there was most likely a 6 or 12 month chill period for those suspected dogs who were not part of the Russian over-pump to $0.33 last year. This entire sector is about to get lit up, literally; by the presidential election. This is the #1 domestic issue. It isn't guns or gay, those things will shoot themselves off, but the one thing that is truly genderless, sexless, colorless, nonethnic, non geographic, nonreligous, and non anything is the medical an recreational marijuana issue. With that said, be sure that Trump, Christie and Clinton camps have embeded their operatives into the mainstream of everything "American" and are digging fox holes and setting up com-lines between their regional commanders as we speak. This War on Drugs, is really a war between the Conservatives who are wrong, and are trying to stall out society by checking every hand instead of folding, and the Liberals who are right, but can't raise the "pot" high enough to outbid the fat-cats and their cocaine, sex workers, extortion, Enrons, and murder......yet.
