I didn't think of it that way. I started counting from 9/08

I think that because LBHI emerged from bankruptcy in 3/2012, that's when the 20 quarters started (~13 quarters so far).

If so, they are still owed, just deferred. Correct, or not?

And, these 13 quarters of dividends are after the emergence from BK.
