If this company already produced revenue it would not be trading on the OTC more like Nasdaq as OTC are all startups and Shells...

I'm glad you had a good laugh! The fact is, every once in a while a sub penny stock with profits will show up, just very rare, usually the result of a merger of a private company in to a shell stock. Hence I said I rarely go long on penny stocks. Stay alert and you might find one yourself!
