The reason Ritchie doesn't have an arrest record is because he hasn't been caught yet.

Catching someone driving under the influence is much easier than these POS scammers, like Ritchie.

HMMM.. wonder if there is a way to catch Ritchie driving drunk, we know he makes phone calls when he is drunk, no doubt he drives drunk.

Side note : The guy that had the company before Ritchie should probably be in jail but he isn't and probably won't ever be.
