YELP needs to get it's act together. They need to control all of the fake reviews by the phony "reputation management firms" and "SEO" companies. It just ticks off the business owners who then have no interest in advertising with YELP.
YELP HAS A STUPID BUSINESS MODEL. They tick off a large segment of their potential customer base. Unless they can control the phony reviews written by the cottage industry that has sprung up to leach off the small business owners, most of those owners would rather see them bankrupt rather than give them a penny in advertising money.
