What concerns should we have with ASE being opened, and the effects it will have on NGB?

Seems to me that Greece is allowing way to much interference from ECB. The stock market opening should be Greece's decision. I don't recall Greece asking ECB if they could close it down.. I can't imagine France, Germany or Spain asking ECB if it's ok to open or close their stock market.

But we are taking about Greece so who knows...
