Yeah...kind of funny you go to the FINRA site and there is NO doc no nothing of any dividend application just to tell anyone it hasn't been approved yet.

All you get is a message and an Excel sheet showing Sutimco as INELIGIBLE.

That receipt they posted is meaningless,it shows NOTHING about a Sutimco dividend nor a date.

You need free shares for a dividend approval from finra. Show me free shares that vaksham hasn't used.

Umm, well 1st I believe that there is a 0% chance that PRPM shareholders do not get their dividend in SUTI

2nd, as much as PRPM shareholders want "cash," FINRA does not allow the transfer of speedy cash to shareholders who are in need of money or just prefer cash over 1 year paper. Finra offers 1 option and 1 option only for dividends from non sec filers: 144 restricted. Again, I am astounded that after 1 year of talk about dividends, PRPM shareholders are just now becoming privy to a law that is etched in stone requiring all dividend stock to be 1 year restricted under rule 144

The divy thing is subject to FINRA approval, so there is the new bad guy, not Eddie, Jorge or Luther when this does not get approved. What is the big deal about restricted divvy shares anyways, shareholders need value to cash in dollars
