#43671 RE: Raider21 #43670

I could read that post 20 times. SFRX has not.......

to my knowledge said anything about the Concepcion. That idea appears to come from lenders. Of course at least one lender says it came from Kyle, AND THAT THE CONTR ABAND WAS NOT ON THE MANIFEST, as I posted earlier. The same lender said Kyle misrepresented the permit they had. I posted that document from the Motion to compel several times (source).

Mr. Smith (source) does NOT confirm a 3rd object means they get a full salvage permit. Mr. Smith (source) also states SFRX cannot sell anything at this point.

The article (source) states QJ has the salvage rights to the Concepcion.

I'm sure that post is a doozy. Of course the wreck material could be from the Concepcion. That's the nature of shallow water wrecks. The debris field can be miles and miles long. But it's wood, not gold. Whatever they've found CANNOT be sold, as I sourced.

And has the cannon been tied to the Concepcion? Can you provide a picture of the cannon that SFRX said was "extracted"?

Thanks again for your time. I look forward to any proof SFRX has a 80/20 agreement with the state and stated publicly anything specifically about the Concepcion.
