Yes I read it and disagree with all of it. If ERHC management was doing a good job getting people to invest the share price wouldn't be .002 and they wouldn't have to resort to highly toxic convertible debentures for financing. Those facts lead me to the conclusion that they are doing a lousy job. It is very hard to defend the indefensible.
