#43666 RE: capted #43665

The article was pretty explanatory. QJ has the........

exclusive salvage rights to the 1715 fleet, which would include the Concepcion.

Now I asked before if the article was not accurate. Either it is or it is not. I haven't seen anything that suggest it is not accurate. And as I have asked, identifying the ship is part of the process in obtaining a full salvage permit, don't you agree?

If the article is not accurate then SFRX can/should put out a statement or ask it be corrected. Of course SFRX hasn't made any public statements that I am aware of about trying to salvage the Concepcion. That appears to be the handiwork of lenders. If it was their handiwork and the lenders were selling during the "critical time", then you have a classic "pump and dump" as the Defendant now claims.

There were also claims SFRX was splitting 80/20 with the state, which at least Mr. Smith denied.

And, as court documents show, at least one lender said Kyle mentioned the Concepcion and another manifest that contained contraband.

Now if you would share what you know about the permit QJ has that apparently was obtained from Mel Fisher, I would appreciate it. Do they or do they not have the exclusive salvage rights?
