Lacy,I don't believe that your dividend shares will be restricted,The reason being no anouncement to that effect has been made.If they were to be restricted then it would of been stated restricted shares.I've been through these things before and it has to be anounced as such or Hisc would be in deep do dah.Besides it needs to have some free trading float and Hisc onwers stock in both will still be restricted.Jmho
