Yes, that is almost certainly worth listing, too, as almost none of those companies that tout a future "NI 43-101" can legally comply with the law. They are just using the term to tout or, worse, pump and dump, the stock.

It is shocking how few of these companies have any clue about what NI 43-101 entails, much less how to comply with it.
