Still not convinced they actually bought PeopleVine, as details have never been in the filings. Maybe they will put something in the filing that is due next month? Since it happened in December, really thought it would have been in the 10K, or at the very least, 1st Q 10Q?

Anyway, could own it, be a joint venture, joint marketing....For now, very ambiguous as to exactly what it is and what stake ACGX has.
