Why does that matter? The selling we are seeing is shorting or flippers closing out their positions IMO. We know there is no need for dilution, we know insiders are not selling. Low float stocks are easily manipulated on low volume and let's face it, finjan has enemies simply due to the nature of their business. We need a victory in court and I believe we will have one within the next week or two.
