("MSOA") (OTC: MSOA) CEO, Colleen Schmidt, is pleased to announce that the Company will provide Corporate Advisory Services to micro-cap companies who need help with insulating their stockholders, consolidating their debt, meeting their financial needs and plotting a course for business development.
These services include the following:
- Merchant banking services for small and mid-cap companies, private or public
- Crisis management and turnaround consulting
- Corporate Restructuring and Debt Consolidation Services
- Forward Acquisitions and Corporate Documentation Services
- Formation of business Development Companies (BDC), with continuous monitoring of compliance, under the 1940 Act
