Did Porter tell the SHs who got the 195M shares last Feb? Has he given SHs a list of debt note holders, and details? Nothing to have prevented it.

But not disclosing those minor things is how a pinky becomes fully transparent. And Porter has said for years, Transparency is his primary goal.

BS! The only thing Porter would want with a FORM 10 is greater access to shareholder's money. What a conundrum!
