I think you are right. STWS had a setback at Fort Stockton with the two failed wells. Now they have new financing, oil well driller for the water well, and now possible other new contracts with City of Fort Stockton and a local landowner. Things are starting to get rolling again in Fort Stockton and hopefully we will see some positive results soon.
