you have every reason to be worried about your short position...my heartfelt sympathies to you...best to cover asap, otherwise the damages will be catastrophic...the science here is without question...it just happens that this doc is using unconventional means to achieve his ends because the conventional ones are just too confined by the limits placed by the straight jackets of this world...but I have seen beaucoup wacos and non-conventialists of this world practicing alternative medicines, homeopathy, ayurveda, acupuncture, allergy/asthma, etc., but this is not it...this guy has stayed close to the scientific world by publishing papers, explaining in scientific terms for those with some education (obviously you are not one of them), and forging ahead in spite of the odds...it is still a tough sell, but all it requires is one large VC and we are off to the races...
