I understand your thought, but what they are doing with a sales-man (who will cost a lot of Money btw) when they cannot sell already because EPA is not in still.

I guess they wait until EPA is approved and then start with sales and not waste moeny for a competent manager, who will sit on his hands until he has the most important sales argument "of course we have EPA approval"

all this is of course my opinion
