I think so. You could try it two ways. Use a AON order but place it just a tick below the current ask price (00099 if the ask is at 001 etc...) or if you place it at 001 I'd not use the AON option then. Most likely that might be why you haven't gotten filled if you have it at AON at 001 and there are other orders in front of you or there isn't a buyer putting in a order for that amount of shares to catch yours. I'd try the tick below the Ask price. That could work.
