Wow so Doron owns a private equity firm (D&D capital) owns a few condos yet little brother went to Magna for funding!

If a company is squeaky clean and no hanky panky there's absolutely NO need to buy and live in a property that is in your parents or kins name.

What that tells me is they've planned for the worst case, and that is when officers are sued personally.
