elliott
Couldn't agree more.
The fact is that the opportunity to buy more shares at a depressed level could last several more (suggest a time period). None of us know. Some event though will cause the share price to jump.

For a look at how quickly the interest in the stock can explode, look back a few years ago when it was announced that Intel was involved with Neom. The price went nuts. I'm not suggesting that this kind of news is around the corner, but I do think that some time in the not too distant future, interest in the stock will grow, due to an announcement of a new partnership, earnings surprise, etc. (again, insert potential news here). I like where things are today, and where I see Neom going.

Elliott - Good for you! NEOM needs your money to get the pps back up to .35 or so, maybe higher, so Cornell can sell some more stock and NEOM can collect some more loan money. I do not think Mr. Fritz is through selling, and I am certain that he would appreciate your help in getting the pps back to .25, so he can get the rest of his planned sale money.

Elliott, please be generous, and buy a large number of shares, as every little bit helps in getting the pps up and in getting us closer to the end of Cornell fees, the end of Fritz's planned stock sale, and the beginning of the increased pps so NEOM can start collecting it's 100 Mil SEDA from stock sales.

Oh, don't tell me, you did not know that we had to have a certain pps to get Cornell to sell our stock and give us some loan money? Well, you see, it's not really loan money, it is really your money, that NEOM could sell stock for and keep 100%, but NEOM paid Cornell 75,Mil shares, to get Cornell to sell NEOM's Stock so we could share our stock money with Cornell. Ugh - that may be something else, but it is not a conspiracy.

OK, let me back up here, and just say, the Cornell Contract is all about insurance. Heck, I guess we could get the money from Cornell, just about any time after the shares are registered, or we could sell some more Convertable Preferred stock to Cornell (yes, we have some left), and get some money, but Cornell can not sell to get repaid, until the pps rises to X . I am sure you will go read and find out what X is.

OK, what if we get some loan money from Cornell, before the pps gets to X? Can we do this? I just said so. So now who repays this loan, if we are borrowing money from Cornell, and obviously, we do not have money if we need to borrow money. YOU DO! You repay the loan when you buy some more stock.

Elliott - did you say something about a conspiracy theory?
Sh--, I have always understood all this high financing stuff, growing revenue stuff, buying subsidiaries on credit, demanding 5 Bil more shares, all the reasons why there will never be a 20% gorilla buying into to NEOM (not after 5 Bil new shares), and all of this other stuff which appears to be so mind boggling to some. Oh, I forgot the poison pill. That too.

Conspiracy Theory? Well that takes two. I can only think of one, who swapped us a few shares of PUPS, for a 5 Bil share dillution, and sold us, his 6 Mil shares of NEOM for .25 pps.

There is no Conspiracy here. This is called "taking what we already gave ya, expecting, nothing in return".

No conspiracy here. I gave my money, expected nothing for a long time to come. I have to say, Elliott, I did get a whole bunch less than nothing, a lot sooner than I expected.
