It is interesting that there have been several instances of larger size offers (10,000+) put on at the offer price and then walked down as somebody hits the bid. This hits the price and down we go and then the offer is mysteriously removed.

Apart from that I think the mm's have been fairly good at honoring the bid and offer sizes even though on the pinks they may not be obliged to.

I was curious, do the shares automatically transfer to the higher exchange with no halts in trading/cusip change?
