It is very simple. I personally believe JZ was honest and still has good intentions with respect to Scrc now and in the past. I cast no blame on him . I think if not for him the company would not have survived.

How is it being honest when JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and scores of fellow CORE members intentionally commit securities fraud by intentionally violating Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 by continually refusing to disclose the fact that they were paid whores hired to promote SCRC stock?

It is not illegal for SCRC to hire paid promoters -- but it is very much illegal for paid promoters to not disclose their compensated status. That is NOT on SCRC; that is 100% all on JOEY Z and the CORE.

How is it being honest when JOEY Z and his CORE dump their 28M shares of 0.00 and toxic 0.05 PIPE stock as if there were holding poison ivy BUT YET AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE DUMPING they are pumping the stock, telling everyone to "buy-buy-buy" and "add-add-add" and "hold-hold-hold" while actively discouraging anyone from selling or trading?

How is it being honest when JOEY Z and his CORE group are proclaiming that the sp should be $4 but then selling for anything under $1? Even more recently, how is it honest to be pumping that the sp will be worth .55 to .75 in "just a couple months" but then sell in the teens t the .22 levels? A "true" long-term supporter of SCRC would not have sold a single share at the levels JOEY Z and the CORE dumped at earlier this year.

How is it having good intentions with respect to SCRC when JOEY Z and his CORE group dump such massive quantities of shares knowing full well that it will cripple the sp -- and the company -- by doing so, and yet they did so, not just once, not just twice, not just three times, but more times than I have fingers on my hand to count?

How is it having good intentions with respect to SCRC when JOEY Z and his CORE group repeatedly hurls profanity, vulgarity, and homophobic slurs as they "promote" SCRC?

Yes, you and your fellow CORE members have cast JOEY Z as the messiah that all retail shareholders should name their children after -- but yet, have never ever provided a single piece of evidence to support this. Not one example of why/how anything JOEY Z and the CORE did was even remotely necessary. And please don't toss up the whole "Well, the stock needed promotion" or "Well, SCRC needed the $1M in PIPE financing" arguments because you and the CORE have tossed those up countless times and each time they have been empirically proven to be 100% BS.

Ummm, last I checked, JOEY Z and his CORE group were not employees of SCRC and were not sitting on the BOD. All JOEY Z and the CORE group were were a bunch of paid whores hired to promote the stock.

That is a very simple relationship. Company pays pumper. Pumper pumps. End of story.

Are you suggesting that as paid promoters, JOEY Z and his fellow CORE criminals were entitled to received an endless flow of inside info? Give me a break. It is vomit-inducing to now try to spin the story to portray the paid pumper -- the pumper who not only has been richly compensated and has cashed in, but also the pumper who knowingly committed securites fraud by refusing to comply with Section 17(b) and disclose his compensated status -- as the victim...

...and let's not forget that it was JOEY Z who approached BS Schneiderman with this proposal to pump SCRC in exchange for free shares -- not the other way around. And SCRC was not the only penny stock that JOEY Z attempted to prostitute himself out to either, so I suppose one could say that JOEY Z was cheating on BS Schneiderman, LOL...
